Subscription Information

Any member residency or Associate member residency of CORD may subscribe to the testing.  In order to do so you must complete the subscription form and mail it with the subscription fee to CORD (address is on the form).  Once the subscription is received by CORD, your residency will be sent a program ID and password that will allow your residency to enter in residents and faculty.
